OLAH RAGA

Mau Turun Berat Badan...Percuma Olah Raga.. apalagi klo seminggu cuma 1 x, terus habis Olah Raga langsung makan Nasi Uduk, Ketupat Sayur, Roti + Kopi, atau 5 buah Gorengan, atau minum Teh botol Manis..., Kenapa ayoooo....? karena olah raga 1 jam Jogging/aerobik hanya mampu membakar 250 sd 400 kalori aja, sedangkan 1 porsi nasi uduk / 5 potong gorengan = 1000 kalori, Bagaimana Mau turun BB nyaaa... semakin Ndhut dan padat iyaaaa... yg Manntaaaf dan Sukses turun BB nya dg cara Minum Shake Herbalife aja... Minum sebelum dan sesudah olah raga krn klo original taste coklat, strawberry dan vanilla hanya 80 kalori.
